He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion” unknown
Please note that when and if we price
puppies at an early age - (3-6 weeks)
we price the pups at base price on how we have been watching
them develop. If not spoken for at that age, and if conformation
and personality increases,so might the price of the puppy.
Puppies 6 months and older will be priced as adults.
We do start taking some pups to show as early as 12 weeks.
So if you have true interest in a Big Time Pup, we
recommend placing a deposit on your puppy as early as possible,
to lock in the listed price and to avoid the price of your puppy increasing.

*When taking your puppy to your veterinarian and he/she finds the puppy to be in poor health within 72 hours after the buyer has taken possession, we will replace your puppy upon the return of the puppy at the buyer’s expense. Anything after the 72 hours will be a replacement puppy for genetic or congenital defects only.
*This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason for death is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
*Your puppy’s shots and wormings are all current. We will not be responsible for parvo, distemper,or kennel cough that can be caught from other animals or environments after the puppy leaves our premises unless it is discovered within the 72 hr vet check. We will not be responsible for Coccidia/Giardia- Many puppies are prone to outbreak of either coccidia and/or giardia under stressful circumstances, such as shipping, new home, change of diet, ect. The symptoms can arise in a 12 hour period, and can not always be prevented by the seller, because there are no signs until the puppy is stressed, and their immune system drops. All precautions have been made, but the buyer should take the puppy to the vet immediately if puppy develops unusual stool, begins vomiting, or has loss of appetite.
*There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, all types of mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not be covered by this guarantee.
*We will gladly advise or coach the new owner in easy cures for many problems that can arise if the owner takes time to contact us and inquire. Raising a puppy is very similar to raising a child. We will not be responsible for the new owners “inability to respond” or lack of paying attention to the needs of their new puppy.
*Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
*Any health problem that is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with any of the above problems must notify us within 72 hours of the diagnosis or contract is void. We would need a copy of the veterinarian’s report to give to our veterinarian along with he/she diagnosing the problem.
*A returned puppy must be returned to the breeder in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the owner's expense to qualify for a replacement puppy.
*The replacement puppy will be agreed upon from both parties. It will be replaced by a puppy of the same value in which the color plays a factor. No guarantee when the puppy can be replaced for we are not a big breeder and do not have puppies on hand at all times but would replace the puppy as soon as we can. The shipping of the original puppy upon return is the expense of the buyer.
*If the owner has any surgery on the dog or has the dog altered in any way without permission except for neutering and spaying within this one year guarantee, this contract becomes null and void.
*We (the seller) are not responsible for any of your veterinarian bills.
*If this puppy comes under new ownership by another party, this contract is void.
*There are no guarantees, expressed, or implied, as to breeding or show quality or size.
*Buyer warrants that he/she will not knowingly offer this puppy or any of it's offspring to brokers, pet shops, or puppy mills. If buyer is found to be selling the dog, or puppies in such a way, buyer will incur a $2,000 penalty for each puppy found to be sold in this way.
*The parties agree that the prefix "Big Time" may be added to the beginning of the dogs AKC name if the seller chooses.
*There is no health guarantee on puppies who are over vaccinated for any reason. We provide you with the current shot and health record. It is your responsibility to have proof of continued proper health care.
*Both the buyer and seller agree that no terms, conditions, or agreements, other than those specifically stated herein are either inferred or implied: Therefore only the considerations, conditions, and guarantees as herein stated, are applicable.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Missouri, in the county of Laclede.
Darla as a pup. She is also shown below playing with pups acting as an aunt.
It kills us to announce the passing of our friend. Darla was a 20 month old Frenchie who lost her bout with cancer on Christmas eve. Her heart and lungs were covered in cancerous nodules, so badly that she could no longer breathe.
Thankfully, Darla never got the opportunity to become a mother, but she loved playing with pups and was a big lover to all around her. She would have been a great momma. We are posting this to enlighten those of you interested in Frenchies so you will be well aware of the issues and health concerns involved in raising Frenchies. .
She was purchased from Daniel LaPorte and Glenda Beavers from Tsa-La-Gi Yorkies of Tahlequah, OK. We did contact Glenda by phone and she said she would give Daniel the message but gave us no way to reach him personally. We have not heard from either since.
Thank you to everyone who has responded and offered their condolences and given their personal experience as well.
